Below you will find our Terms and Conditions. Please read these carefully before placing an order with us.
All orders accepted and work undertaken by LoveVerte is on the understanding that the client has read and agreed to LoveVerte’s terms and conditions. It is therefore the client’s responsibility to check these terms and conditions before entering into a contract with LoveVerte.
LoveVerte reserves the right to use any of your stationery to promote our products and services, however we will never share any of your personal information with third parties unless we have your written permission to do so.
All prices on our price list, website, quotes and invoices are non-negotiable. Prices for our bespoke service will be quoted on an individual basis depending on your requirements as the client.
Deposit & Payment
A non-refundable £50 is payable on confirmation of your stationery order and is required to secure the date in the diary. The £50 will be deducted from your final invoice before items are printed. The total price payable will be indicated on the invoice and in all cases the total must be paid in full before the order is printed. Payments are taken through Bank Transfer (BACS). If you require a receipt for your BACS payment please get in touch and this can be arranged.
All designs are the property and copyright of LoveVerte and may not be reproduced by yourself or any third parties without prior written consent from LoveVerte. If the client should provide LoveVerte with any text, images or illustrations of their own, the ownership of such materials will remain with the client or rightful trademark/copyright owner. Authorisation to use any images belonging to LoveVerte must be obtained in writing and cannot be resold or reused under any circumstance.
All proofs will be sent by email unless otherwise requested. Once an order has been placed, please send your wording/details to email@example.com or fill in the information collection form sent to you, your proofs will then be created.
Your digital proofs will be sent to you within the agreed timescale. At this point YOU will be responsible for making sure that ALL spelling, grammar and layouts are correct before signing off for print. It is advisable that you check your stationery thoroughly and ask someone else to review it as well. LoveVerte does not take responsibility for any designs which are signed off and subsequently printed with typing or layout errors and will therefore not be liable for any resulting costs.
Design and proofing has been factored into the pricing of your stationery and LoveVerte offers to ensure customer satisfaction by sending as many proofs as necessary until you are happy with your design. This however must be a reasonable number of requests and within a reasonable time frame. Should you request what LoveVerte deem to be major changes to a design, additional charges will apply and we will suggest you use our bespoke service to create your own bespoke wedding invitations. Likewise, if what LoveVerte deem to be an unreasonable amount of proofs requested over a long period of time, additional design charges will apply. LoveVerte will not be responsible for any delay in your approval of your proofs and subsequent delay in the printing and shipment of your stationery.
Please do not rely upon the digital proofs (pdfs) for specific colour shades as they may vary from screen to screen and may not be a true representation of how they appear when printed. Please note that the colours that you see on your screen will vary from the printed results due to the difference between a colour shining through light and the pigment on paper.
LoveVerte reserves the right to substitute a suitable replacement if any component of the order becomes unavailable due to availability from suppliers. Any major changes will be agreed with the client.
We currently do not offer delivered samples. LoveVerte are aware of their environmental responsibilities and therefore we do not have a large stock of samples available. If you are local to Aberdeen, face to face meeting can be arranged to see our portfolio of card, sizes and samples. If you are not local to Aberdeen we can provide you with names and photographic examples of the available card.
Orders will be dispatched by courier within 14-21 days of print sign off. Please then allow 3-5 days for delivery. Where possible, you will always be informed of any delays. LoveVerte cannot be held responsible for delays within the postal/courier service. A signature will be required to confirm receipt of delivery.
All of our Stationery Items are subject to delivery charges. The following prices are a guide for standard orders on a 2/3 working day tracked courier service.
0-1kg - £5.00
1-2kg - £7.00
2-5kg - £10.00
10-15kg - £20.00
To keep our postage and packing charges to a minimum, we recycle packaging boxes and therefore you may receive your stationery in packaging that is not relevant to your order.
Clients may also collect their orders from LoveVerte (based in Aberdeen, Scotland) free of charge.
Once goods have been delivered, all risk of damage to or loss of product, become the clients responsibility. Once an order has been dispatched the responsibility lies with the delivery provider. LoveVerte will not be held responsible for any loss or damage once your order has been dispatched.
Cancellation, Refunds & Returns
Most of our goods are personalised and therefore we will be unable to offer a refund once sign off has been made and items have been sent to print. If you need to cancel your order before this point you must inform us as soon as possible, we will then cancel your order, subject to any work already completed, and refund to your account within 14 days.
Cancellation of bespoke orders cannot be made after approval sign off and any design time fee will be non-refundable subject to work already completed. It is at the discretion of LoveVerte to determine this cancellation fee.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of personalised goods. However, if your order is incomplete or an error has been made by LoveVerte then please contact us within 4 days of delivery and we will rectify any issues immediately. Please provide photographs of any items damaged in transit for our records as we will need this to lodge any claim with the courier.
The cancellation policy is as follows:-
Up to 6 months prior to delivery date – £50 deposit will be retained.
3 months prior to delivery date – 75% of total balance.
30 days or less – Full balance of payment will be required.
LoveVerte recommends a sample is viewed before agreeing to a certain type of card or print as part of its terms and conditions and therefore will not be held liable for any orders that the client claims to not be as they expected.
On the Day Stationery
We advise that 'on the day' wedding stationery should be booked at least 8 weeks before your wedding date and any items must be sent to print 4 weeks before your wedding date. This is to ensure the order can be completed in time before your wedding date.
This approval date MUST be met in order for your order to be fulfilled, dispatched and delivered in good time for your wedding day. Any failure of items being received by yourselves as a result of not meeting these set dates will not qualify for a refund of any kind by LoveVerte.
LoveVerte reserves the right to use any bespoke design in any way we wish after your wedding date has passed. In certain circumstances a bespoke design may become a wedding stationery collection but all personal details will be changed before being added to the site or other selling channels.
Ordering Additional Items
It is important that you order the correct amount of invitations, extra orders for items already printed will incur a minimum order value of x30 (for foil this may be higher) even if you only require a few extra to cover printer set up costs etc. It is advisable to over order by around 10%.
