How do I place an order?
If you would like to place an order, please email so we can talk about your wedding stationery needs.
Should I proof read?
YES! Make sure at least three other independent people check them too! Mistakes can happen, although we work to the best of our ability to prevent this. Please note, you are responsible for making sure you are 100% happy with all wording/names. This cannot be changed once sent to print.
How many Invitations do I need?
That is up to you! However the usual recommendation is one invitation per couple/family. Don't forget to order spares and keepsakes! If you were ordering 50 invites, then 10-20% extras means you will have 5-10 spare.
Will my invitations come assembled?
Unless you request otherwise, your invitations will arrive to you fully assembled but unsealed.
Payment and Ordering
How do I pay?
Bank Transfer - these details will be given to you at time of booking.
When do I need to pay for my order?
In order to secure your booking for your wedding stationery, we require a booking fee of £50. Full payment will be required before the order goes to print. A bespoke design order will require 50% of the total order amount before commencement of the designs and the remaining total required before print.
When will my stationery be dispatched?
When you book your stationery order, we will confirm the deadline for delivered goods with you. Your stationery order will normally be produced 4 weeks prior to this deadline allowing time for them to be collected or delivered to you.
If you wish to order “On the Day” items, they can be made ready at the same time as your wedding invitation order. You can also choose to have these delivered separately at a later date. This will incur a second delivery charge.
If you require your order urgently, please contact us and we will try to produce an express order if possible.
What are your delivery charges?
All of our Stationery Items are subject to Delivery Charges. The following prices are a guide for standard orders on a 2/3 working day tracked courier service.
0-1kg - £5.00
1-2kg - £7.00
2-5kg - £10.00
10-15kg - £20.00
To keep our postage and packing charges to a minimum, we recycle packaging boxes and therefore you may receive your stationery in packaging that is not relevant to your order.
Clients may also collect their orders from LoveVerte (based in Aberdeen, Scotland) free of charge.
Misc & Personalising
Can my Stationery be made in the colours to match my Wedding day? Can the wording and fonts be changed?
Yes of course! All of our designs are made in house. This means they are customisable providing you with truly unique and bespoke wedding invitations to suit your needs.
Can you print guest names in the invitations?
Yes of course! Name printing is an additional extra that can be added to your order.
Do your wedding invitations come with envelopes?
All wedding invitations come with white envelopes as standard, with a wide range of paper types to choose from. If you are looking for coloured envelopes, these can be organised at an additional cost per envelope.
What if I’m not happy with my order?
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your completed order, please contact us within 4 days of receiving your delivery and we will do our best to rectify any problems. Unfortunately if you have simply changed your mind, we cannot offer an exchange or refund as all items are made to order.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, you may do so but once your deposit has been paid, this is non-refundable. If production on your order has already commenced, we will need to collect a percentage of the full balance to cover the cost of materials and labour. Any requests to cancel an order must be made in writing and you must receive a reply with confirmation before your order will be classed as cancelled.
What will you do with my personal information?
We only collect your information to process your order. Your information is not passed onto third parties unless this is required to fulfill your order. We will of course notify you if we need to do this.
